PAN & Aadhaar help

Help applying for a new PAN, correcting PAN details, getting an instant e-PAN and linking PAN with Aadhaar, done through official portals only.

Pricing: On request

A PAN problem tends to surface at the worst moment: a refund that won’t credit, a bank asking for KYC, or a property deal that needs it tomorrow.

This service covers the everyday PAN and Aadhaar tasks: new PAN, corrections, reprints and PAN-Aadhaar linking. Everything is done through official portals, and any government fee is paid by you directly.

Who it’s for

  • First-time applicants who need a PAN for a job, bank account, investment or property deal
  • Anyone whose PAN has a wrong name, date of birth, photo or signature
  • People whose PAN became inoperative because it isn't linked with Aadhaar
  • Anyone who lost their PAN card and needs a reprint or an e-PAN

What’s included

  • Choosing the right route (instant e-PAN via Aadhaar, or a full application through the official PAN service providers)
  • Filling the application or correction form carefully and checking it with you before submission
  • Checking whether your PAN and Aadhaar are linked, and guiding you through linking on the income tax portal
  • Explaining any government fee that applies (for example the late fee for PAN-Aadhaar linking) so you pay it directly on the official portal
  • Tracking the application status until the PAN or e-PAN is issued

Scope is agreed with you before work starts. Anything outside it is quoted separately.

Process and timeline

  1. Step 1: Tell me what you need

New PAN, a correction, a reprint or linking. A quick check shows which official route fits.

  2. Step 2: Details checked

Names, dates and spellings are matched against Aadhaar before anything is submitted, because mismatches are the usual reason for rejections.

  3. Step 3: Submitted on the official portal

The application or linking request is made on the income tax portal or through the official PAN service providers. Any fee is paid by you, directly.

  4. Step 4: Tracked until done

The status is followed up and you get the e-PAN or confirmation once it is issued.

Typical timeline. An instant e-PAN via Aadhaar is often issued the same day. Full applications and corrections usually take a couple of weeks. PAN-Aadhaar linking usually reflects within a few days of the request.

Pricing: On request

The fee depends on your case: how many income sources or invoices there are, how organised the documents are and how often the work repeats. Share a few details and you’ll get a clear quote before any work starts.

Questions about PAN & Aadhaar help

My PAN says "inoperative". What does that mean?

It usually means the PAN hasn't been linked with Aadhaar. An inoperative PAN can cause problems with refunds, higher TDS and some financial transactions. Linking it (after paying any applicable fee on the official portal) usually makes it operative again.

Is there a fee?

An instant e-PAN via Aadhaar is free on the income tax portal. Other applications and some linking requests carry a government fee, which you pay directly on the official portal. The fee for this help is quoted separately, upfront.

Should I share my Aadhaar here?

Please don't send Aadhaar or PAN through the website form. Share them over WhatsApp or in person when asked, only for the work you want done.
